You’ll relax comfortably on our warm PEMF mat with infrared therapy while gentle frequencies support relaxation and balance. A weighted blanket, warming eye mask, aromatherapy, and guided meditation create a deeply grounding experience to encourage rest, regulation, and mental clarity.
This session is fully self-guided. A member of our front desk team will set up the room and ensure you are comfortable before the experience begins. No practitioner is present during the session.
